French Bread Florentine

Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
3/4 pound hot or sweet Italian sausage links, removed from casing and crumbled
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 loaf French bread (about 12 inches long), halved lengthwise
1 cup RAGڮ Pizza Quick� Sauce
1 box (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 ounces)
Preheat oven to 375�F.
In 10-inch nonstick skillet, brown sausage with onion over medium-high heat until sausage is no longer pink.
On baking sheet, arrange bread halves. Evenly spread Rag� Pizza Quick Sauce on bread halves, then top with sausage mixture, then spinach and cheese. Bake 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Recipe Tip These sausage-spinach pizzas are great for parties and after-school snacks. Cut them into 2-inch pieces to fit kid-size mouths.
