• 2 teaspoon dried oregano
  
• 2 teaspoon dried basil
  
• � teaspoon dried thyme
  
• � teaspoon dried rosemary
  
• 1 teaspoon salt
  
• � teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  
• � cup red wine vinegar
  
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  
• � cup mayonnaise
  
• � cup extra virgin olive oil
  
• 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  






Instructions



1. Crumble oregano, basil, thyme, and rosemary in a medium bowl.
   
2. Stir in the salt pepper, vinegar and lemon juice.
   
3. Whisk in the mayonnaise and then whisk in olive oil.
   
   
4. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
   
5. Transfer to a jar with a tight fitting lied and store in refrigerator.
   
6. Shake well before using.
