PROTEIN OATMEAL PANCAKES

makes eight small pancakes; I calculated 6 points for the WHOLE RECIPE, 2 each for whites, oatmeal, and cottage cheese.
List of Ingredients
1/2 cup oats (I use quick oats)
1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese
1/2 cup Egg Beaters (or 6 egg whites)
1-2 packets of Splenda (or 1 Tbsp pourable Splenda)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
Put everything into a blender and process briefly. It doesn't have to be smooth. Pour the batter onto a hot non-stick skillet. Cook like pancakes. Top with butter spray and/or sugar-free syrup.
