    THIS WAS THE POST THAT STARTED THIS SUBJECT, BUT THEN AWSUM34 POSTED THE ONE LISTED BELOW: I heard about this treat at WW meeting: 1 lowfat graham cracker sheet, split in half, with fat free cool whip in the middle, then freeze. I used the cinnamon graham crackers and it was yummy. Just wanted to share; its only 1 pt.

    List of Ingredients

    12 low fat Graham crackers, full sheets
    1/4 cup boiling water
    1 package 3-oz sugar free raspberry Jell-0
    2 containers (6-oz) Dannon lite raspberry yogurt
    1 container (8-oz) fat free cool whip, (thawed in refregerator)


    In larger bowl, dissolve Jell-0 in the boiling water. stir in yogurt. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour in mixture in a 7x11 baking dish. Place in freezer for 30 minutes.

    Break Graham Crackers in half. Cut partly frozen mixture into 12 squares. (same size of crackers). Remove cut mixture and place between two crackers. Place on a plate, then refreeze sandwiches for 1 hour. Place sandwiches in 2 large freezer bags
