List of Ingredients

3/4 c softened unsalted butter. (If you use salted butter, omit salt)
1 c sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp bk soda
2 tsp cream of tartare
2 c ap flour

1/4 c sugar
2 tsp cinnamon


Recipe

Cream wet till fluffy.
Mix in dry.
preheat oven to 350.
Prepare cookie sheet. I use parchment paper.
Mix cinnamon and sugar in bowl.
Drop 2 tbs sized balls in cinnamon sugar and roll to coat.
Place 2� apart on sheet. Bake about 12 min till top is crackled. Err on side of less done. Cool on baking rack.
