    This is a salad that is served at Italian Restaurants in the Tontitown, AR area. Tontitown originally was an Italian community.

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    lettuce

    Recipe



    Shake togethre oil, vinegar and seasonings. Chop lettuce, then roll with a rolling pin and bring to room temperature by putting lettuce in a sieve, running tepid water over it and then pour dressing over it.
