Judy's Meatballs
Yet another winner from Judy Pickett, my Italian cooking class instructor. Hail, Judy!
2 lbs. ground beef
2-4 eggs
1/2-3/4 cup grated cheese
1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
Mix ground beef with eggs. Mixture should be quite wet. Add cheese and bread crumbs. Form into meatballs. Bake at 350� F. on cookie sheet for 20 minutes. Drain.
Add to sauce, and heat through.
Serves 8-10.
