Breakfast Surprise Quiche

List of Ingredients



• 8 slices white bread, crusts trimmed
  
• 4 eggs
  
• 1/2 tsp salt
  
• dash pepper
  
• 1/2 pound grated sharp cheese
  
• 1 pound ground sausage, cooked and drained
  
• 2 cups milk
  






Instructions



1. Spray and 8 x 12 baking dish with Pam.
   
   Line the dish with the white bread slices.
   
   Sprinkle with cheese, then sausage.
   
   Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
   
   Pour over sausage and cheese.
   
   Refrigerate overnight.
   
   Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until eggs are set.
