    Asparagus Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 chicken or 4 breasts (boiled and deboned)
    • 1 can asparagus (drained but save juice)
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 can cream of cheese soup
    • 1/2 cup mayo
    • 1 small jar of pimiento
    • 1 box ritz crackers


    Instructions


    1. Crumble ritz crackers in bottom of baking dish.


    2. Add a layer of chicken and asparagus.


    3. Mix mushroom soup and mayo and part of asparagus juice.


    4. Pour over chicken and asparagus.


    5. Mix cheese soup and pimiento and pour over the others.


    6. Top with more cracker crumbs.


    7. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 until bubbly.
