    Chicken Fried Rice

    List of Ingredients

    1 1/2 - 2 pound chicken, deboned, cut into strips
    1 egg (beaten)
    1 onion (chopped)
    1 bell pepper (chopped)
    1 can mushrooms
    4 cups instant rice
    1 can bean sprouts (optional)
    ginger (optional)
    1/4 - 1/3 cup soy sauce

    Recipe

    Stir fry chicken in 2 T of oil about 10-15 miutes.

    Add egg, onion, bell pepper

    Stir fry 8-12 minutes.

    Add mushrooms, sprouts and dash of ginger.

    Add all this to about 4 cups rice.

    Top with soy sauce.

    Mix all together and serve.

    You can use ham, bacon or more eggs.

    You can also add more vegetables or omit some of the vegetables.
