    Easy Corn Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 box jiffy corn bread mix
    • 2 rounded tablespoons sugar
    • 1 beaten eggs
    • 1 can whole kernal corn (drained)
    • 1/2 stick butter (room temp)
    • 1 pkg cream cheese (room temp)
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.


    2. Cream butter and cream cheese together.


    3. Add cornbread mix, stir well to combine.


    4. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.


    5. Put in small casserole dish (9x9)and bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
