    Homemade Chicken Pot Pie

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 to 4 pieces chicken
    • large can Veg-All
    • 2 Roll -out pie crusts


    Instructions


    1. Boil chicken till tender, debone. Save broth to make thin gravy.


    2. Use 1 roll-out crust to line bottom of2 quart casserole dish.


    3. Stir together chicken, drained Veg-All& thin gravy. Pour over bottom crust.


    4. Top with second crust, remove any excess -trim. Pinch the 2 crusts together.


    5. Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes.



    Final Comments


    Chicken -I use 2each thighs & breasts for mixture white & dark meat.
    Veg-All can be substituted with fresh boiled vegetables. Use about 2 to 2 one -half cups thin gravy.
