    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can rotel (drained)
    • 8 medium pototoes (cut in chunks)
    • 1 can Campbells cheddar cheese soup
    • 1 can Campbells cream of mushroom soup
    • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
    • 1 cup shredded mexican blend cheese
    • black pepper


    Instructions


    1. Cook potatoes in salted water until tender and drain.


    2. Stir in large casserole dish the soups and butter.


    3. Pour in drained potatoes over mixture.


    4. Shake until the mixture comes to the top.


    5. Sprinkle with black pepper and grated cheese.


    6. Cook at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
