• 1 package dry zesty italian dressing mix
  
• 4 split chicken breasts
  
• Oil
  






Instructions



1. Coat the chicken breasts in the dry mix.
   
   
   
2. Heat oil until hot and put in chicken and brown the outside quickly.
   
   
   
3. Place in a baking dish and cover with foil and cook at 400 degrees for about an hour or until internal temp is 165 degrees.
