    1 pound white button mushrooms
    1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    � cup bacon, crisp, crumbled
    � cup sour cream
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    4 drops hot sauce
    Seasoned bread crumbs


    Recipe



    Combine mushrooms, cheese and bacon. Blend sour cream, Worcestershire and hot sauce. Place in 1-quart casserole and top with crumbs. Bake at 350� for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Makes about 2� cups.
