    DIP, GUACAMOLE - "Philly"

    List of Ingredients

    • 1 (8oz.) Pkg. cream cheese
    • 2 avocados, peeled and mashed
    • 1/4 C. finely chopped onion
    • 1 t. lemon juice
    • 1/2 t. salt
    • 1/4 t. garlic salt
    • 1/4 t. Tabasco sauce
    • 1 C. diced peeled tomato


    1. Combine softened cream cheese, avocado, onion and seasonings, mix well.

    2. Stir in tomato.

    3. Serve with corn chips or crisp tortillas.

    Final Comments

    Makes 4 cups.
