    OVERNIGHT SOUFFLE


    List of Ingredients


    • 6-7 eggs
    • 4 pieces of bread, crusts removed
    • 1 C. milk
    • browned sausage, bacon or ham
    • 2 C. grated cheddar cheese


    Instructions


    1. Beat eggs; cube or crumble bread and add to eggs.
    2. Add milk and pour into pammed souffle or casserole.
    3. Grate cheese over top.
    4. Sprinkle on meat.
    5. Chill overnight.
    6. Next morning bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or more - until set.
    7. (mine took 1/2 hour longer to bake)
