    ANGEL CAKE, CINNAMON RIPPLE


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pkg. Angel Cake Mix
    • 1 1/3 C. water
    • 3 1/2 t. ground cinnamon
    • small Cool Whip


    Instructions


    1. Prepare angel cake as directed.

    2. Spoon 1/4 of batter into ungreased 10" tube pan and spread evenly.

    3. With small sieve, sprinkle 1 teaspoon cinnamon over batter.

    4. Repeat laying 2 more times, ending with batter.

    5. Bake 375 degrees, 30 - 40 minutes. (Browned but not overbaked)

    6. Cool upsidedown. Remove from pan.

    7. Blend 1/2 t. cinnamon into Cool Whip.

    8. Serve as topping on slice of cake.
