    List of Ingredients

    • 1 Lemon Flake Cake Mix
    • 3/4 C. apricot nectar
    • 3/4 C. Wesson oil
    • 1 t. lemon extract
    • 4 eggs
    • Glaze:
    • Mix about 1/2 C. powdered sugar with Real Lemon juice. Pour over hot cake & cook in pan.


    1. Put all ingredients in bowl. Beat 4 or 5 minutes.

    2. Bake in greased & floured angel food cake pan or loaf pan for 30 - 40 minutes. (Moist Cake)

    3. Glaze while hot.

    4. Freezes well.
