    CHOCOLATE SPRITZ

    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 c. shortening
    • 1 egg, well beaten
    • 1 C. sugar
    • 2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
    • 2 T. milk
    • 1/2 t. vanilla
    • 2 C. sifted cake flour (reg. flour works fine)
    • candy shot and sugars


    Instructions


    1. Cream shortening and sugar.

    2. Add egg, salt, chocolate, milk and vanilla.

    3. Stir in flour.

    4. Use teaspoon to form balls and dip one side in candy shot, place candy side up on ungreased cookie sheet.

    5. Bake 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.



    Final Comments


    Makes 4 dozen.
