    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (18.5 oz) yellow cake mix (without pudding)
    • 1/2 C. sugar
    • 1 (6 oz) pkg. instand chocolate pudding and pie filling
    • 1 C. vegetable oil
    • 4 eggs
    • 1/2 C. vodka
    • 1/4 C. coffee-flavored liqueur
    • 1/4 C. water
    • GLAZE:
    • 1/2 C. powdered sugar and 1/4 C. coffee flavored liqueur; blend until smooth.


    Instructions


    1. Grease and flour 12-cup bundt pan.
    2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    3. Mix cake mix, sugar, pudding mix, oil, eggs, vodka, liqueur and water on low speed about 1 minutes.
    4. BEat at medium speed 4 minutes.
    5. Pour into prepared pan.
    6. Bake until cake test done with wooden pick about 60 to 70 minutes.
    7. Let cake cool in pan 10 minutes.
    8. Invert onto sire rack or plate.
    9. Poke holes in cake with fork, slowly pour Glaze over cake.
    10. Cool completely, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
