    List of Ingredients

    • 3 1/2 C. Rice Chex, crushed
    • 1/2 C. chopped pecans
    • 1 C. flaked coconut
    • 1/2 C. oleo
    • 1/2 C. brown sugar
    • 1/2 gal. ice cream, softened


    1. Mix slightly crushed Rice Chex, pecans, coconut and oleo.
    2. Bake at 250 degrees for 20 minutes.
    3. Stir in 1/2 C. brown sugar and bake 10 minutes longer.
    4. Spread half of this mixture in bottom of a 9X13 baking dish.
    5. Spread ice cream over crumb mixture.
    6. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top. Freeze.
