    CHICKEN TURNOVERS

    List of Ingredients


    • ------Sauce:
    • 1 Can cream of chicken soup
    • 1 can golden mushroom soup
    • 1 1/4 C. water
    • 1/2 C. chopped green pepper
    • 2 T. chopped onion
    • ------Filling:
    • 1 1/2 C. chopped, cooked chicken
    • 1/4 C. chopped celery
    • 2 T. chopped onion
    • 1 t. parsley
    • pepper
    • canned biscuits


    Instructions


    1. Mix together the ingredients for the sauce and let it simmer white preparing the rest.
    2. Roll out biscuits (reg. canned biscuits.)
    3. Add 1/4 C. mixture in middle and form turnovers by pinching edges.
    4. Add dumplings in bubbling sauce.
    5. Cover and let cook 10 - 15 minutes. Serve with gravy.
