    BEEF, ENCHILADA CASSEROLE

    List of Ingredients


    • -----Filling
    • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
    • 1 small can tomato sauce
    • -----Sauce
    • 1 can rotelle
    • 1 can pet milk
    • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    • -----Con Queso Dip
    • 1 lb. Velveeta
    • 1 can rotelle tomatoes
    • Flour Tortillas - 8 large or 10 -12 small


    Instructions


    1. Brown ground beef.

    2. Add taco seasoning and tomato sauce.

    3. Put 2 T. meat mixture in tortillia.

    4. Put seam side down in 9X13 inch pan. (I folded them into square pkgs.)

    5. Heat sauce ingredients in pan. Pour over casserole.

    6. Bake, uncovered 20 - 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

    7. Serve with Con Questo Dip and tortilla chips
