    Recipe Introduction

    List of Ingredients

    • 2 C. cracker crumbs
    • 1 lb ground, lean, smoked ham
    • 1/2 lb ground, lean pork
    • 2 well beaten eggs
    • 1 C. milk
    • -----Sauce:
    • 1/2 C. vinegar
    • 1/2 C. water
    • 1/2 C. brown sugar
    • 1 t. dry mustard


    1. Mix smoked ham, pork, eggs and milk together and chill.

    2. Make into 1 inch balls.

    3. Mix sauce ingredients until brown sugar is dissolved.

    4. Place meatballs in baking dish and cover with sauce.

    5. Bake in a very slow oven, 275 degrees for 2 hours.
