    List of Ingredients

    • Pour fat and juices into a glass measuring cup.
    • When fat comes to the top, skim off.
    • Put 1/4 C. into pan.
    • Blend in 1/4 C. flour
    • Keep heat low and stir till mixture is frothy.
    • Remove from heat and add water or milk to meat juices to make 2 cups.
    • Pour into roasting pan and swish around to loosen crusty bits.
