    ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (8 oz) pkg. grated cheddar cheese
    • 2 - 3 hard boiled eggs
    • 6 - 8 crushed Ritz Crackers (top of casserole)
    • 3 large cans chopped asparagus, drained


    Instructions


    1. Prepare white sauce by melting 1/4 C. oleo, stir in 1/4 C. flour, 1/2 t. salt, 1/8 t. pepper and 2 C. milk.
    2. Cook until mixture bubbles. Stir in grated cheese and eggs.
    3. Put in baking dish, top with crushed Ritz Crackers.
    4. Heat in oven until heated through.
