Orange Sweet Potatoes



6 med. sweet potatoes/yams, cooked until tender, peel, cut in chunks
1/3 C brown sugar
1/3 C white sugar
1 T cornstarch
pinch salt
1 C orange juice
2 tsp orange rind
3 T butter, melted

Place yams in a shallow greased baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Cook, stirring until thickened. Pour over sweet potatoes. And bake 350 for 30 minutes. Baste occasionally.
