    Chek Sauerkraut



    1 large can Libby’s sauerkraut
    1 full can water
    sprinkle caraway seeds on top
    slices of pork (optional)
    Mix and cook in a saucepan until tender.
    1 onion, chopped
    1 to 1 ½ T flour
    crisco shortening
    2 to 3 tsp sugar
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp pepper

    Cook onion and flour in crisco shortening until brown. Add this and remaining seasonings to sauerkraut. Heat until bubbly and thickened
