Gooey Caramel Popcorn

1 1/2 cup white corn syrup
3 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine or butter
1 can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
3 gallons popped popcorn

Recipe



Mix syrup and sugar and bring to boil. Stir in milk and continue cooking until it comes to a boil. Add butter, continue stirring and cook until soft ball stage (225�). Divide popcorn in half and add caramel to half. Mix well and continue adding popcorn and caramel until covered.
