Slow Cooker Hot Fudge Spoon Cake

List of Ingredients
- Butter flavor nonstick cooking spray
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup grated sweet chocolate
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons. baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- TOPPING
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup firmly pack brown sugar
Instructions
- Coat a medium-sized round slow cooker with butter flavor nonstick cooking spray.
- In medium bowl, whisk flour, grated chocolate, sugar, baking powder and salt until mixed.
- Make a well in the center and add milk, melted butter and vanilla. Stir the liquid ingredients in the well until mixed.
- Then gradually incorporate the dry ingredients until you have a smooth batter. It will be thick. Spread evenly in prepared slow cooker.
- To make topping, combine all ingredients in another bowl and whisk until smooth. Gently pour over batter in the cooker; do NOT stir.
- Cover and cook on high until tuffed and top layer is set, 2 to 2 � hours. Turn off cooker and let stand covered for at least 30 minutes.
- Refrigerate or serve right out of the cooker.
- To serve, scoop cake into individual bowls. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream alongside cake. Spoon some of the fudgy pudding at the bottom of cooker over cake and ice cream.
