Chickan Divan - Low Carb

List of Ingredients
4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts or 4 store bought
breasts already cooked then chop or shred
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 C. chicken broth
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 C. mayonnaise
1 C. grated Sharp cheddar cheese
1 T. lemon juice
1 C. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
1 T. Butter
1. Cook chicken breasts and shredd or chop meat
2. Cook broccoli in 9x13 pan in the microwave as directed
on the package.
3. Mix broth, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, grated
cheese and seasonings.
4. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.
5. Layer with cooked chicken.
6. Pour cheese mixture of chicken
7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese again and paprika. Dot
8. Cook 30-40 minutes in 350 oven or until bubbly.
9. Serves 6-8. Can be made ahead and refrigerated or
frozen and cooked later
