PINEAPPLE CANDY
3 C. sugar
1 C. crushed pineapple with juice
24 marshmallows
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 C. broken pecans
Boil sugar with pineapple until it forms a hard ball in water (235�F).
Remove from heat and beat well. Add marshmallows, salt and vanilla extract and beat until cool. Stir in nuts. Drop by teaspoons onto wax paper. Makes 4 to 5 dozen.
