    CHICKEN AND NOODLES

    List of Ingredients




    8 oz.(4 1/2 cups) uncooked wide egg noodles
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 tbsp. oil
    10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 1/4 cups milk
    2 cups, cubed, cooked chicken
    9-oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, drained
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper




    Recipe



    Cook noodles to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with hot water.

    Heat oven to 350�. In large skillet over medium heat cook celery and onion in oil until tender. Stir in soup, milk, chicken, vegetables, salt, and pepper. Add cooked noodles, stirring gently. Spoon into ungreased

    2-quart casserole. cover; bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
