    1 package LIPTON ONION SOUP
    2 pounds potatoes (CUT IN CHUNKS)
    1/3 cup vegetable oil

    PREHEAT OVEN TO 450�. IN LARGE PLASTIC BAG,ADD ALL INGREDIENTS. CLOSE BAG AND SHAKE UNTIL COATED. EMPTY INTO SHALLOW PAN. BAKE 40 MINUTES, STIR OCCASIONALLY UNTIL TENDER AND GOLDEN BROWN.
