    Buckeyes are the perfect candy to make for any bake sale!

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup peanut butter
    1 cup butter, softened
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    4 cups powdered sugar
    2 packs chocolate chips

    Recipe



    Beat softened butter and peanut butter with mixer at medium speed until fluffy. Add vanilla. Beat well. Slowly add sugar. Beat until blended. Shape into 3/4 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Insert toothpick in each one and freeze for 2 hours. Cook chocolate chips in a medium saucepan until melted. Dip frozen balls into choclate. Place on wax paper. Chill.
