8 (6oz.) salmon filets
DORITOS� brand COOLER RANCH� flavor Tortilla Chips
1(16oz.) TOSTITOS� brand Mild Salsa
2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
2 Tbs. honey
1 Tbs. parsley







Recipe



Preheat oven to 375�. Crush DORITOS� Tortilla Chips in bag with rolling pin. Cover salmon filets with crushed DORITOS�, place on sheet in oven and cook for 15 minutes. Combine TOSTITOS� Salsa, honey and mustard in a sauce pan and cook on low heat until fish is done. Serve each plate with 2 oz. of sauce; place fish on sauce and serve.
