Kidney Bean Casserole

List of Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tlbsp. butter or margarine
2 16 oz. cans kidney beans, drained
1/4 cup catsup
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
Salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Saute' green pepper and onion in butter or margarine in skillet. Stir in beans, catsup, and cream cheese. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Stir in salt and pepper. Simmer, covered, until of desired consistency. 6 servings.
