Honey Garlic Chicken Wings

3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup water
1 Tablespoon honey
2 Tablespoons soya sauce
1 Tablespoon garlic powderRecipe
Pre-cook chicken wings for approximately 20 minutes at 350� F. Remove from oven and place in roasting pan with sauce. Lower oven temperature to 150� F. Simmer chicken wings for 4 hours. This recipe works well with spare ribs too.
