9 cups Chex cereal
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-1/2 cups icing sugar

Recipe



Pour Chex into large bowl and set aside. In 1 quart, microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter and margarine. Microwave on high 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until smooth, stirring after 1 minute. Stir in vanilla. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal, stirring until all pieces are evenly coated. Pour cereal mixture into large ziploc bag with icing sugar. Seal securely and shake until all pieces are well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool.
