    1 1/4 cup Sugar
    1/2 Cup Lard
    1/2 teaspoon Salt
    1 teaspoon Vanilla
    1 teaspoon Cinnamon
    2 teaspoons Ginger
    1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder soda
    3/4 c Molassas
    3 cups Sifted flour

    Recipe



    Cream sugar and fat, add eggs, mixing well. Add vanilla. Combine
    salt, cinnamon, ginger and soda with molasses. Add flour, stirring well.
    Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheets. Bae in 400� oven for 10
    to 15 minutes. yealds 100 gingersnaps.
