2 quarts popped popcorn
1 cup tortilla chips, crushed
3 T. butter
1 T. taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
Recipe
Combine popcorn and tortilla chips in a large bowl; set aside. Melt
butter
over low heat; stir in taco seasoning mix. Remove from heat; drizzle
over
popcorn. Toss to coat thoroughly; spread in a greased jelly roll pan.
Sprinkle with cheese; place under broiler for one minutes, watching
constantly. Remove and cool before serving. Makes about 12 servings.
Note The best way to give popcorn is in a giant popcorn tin along with
movie
rental coupons and bottles of frosty soda pop. The Mexican name for
popcorn
is paloma, which means dove...kernels of popcorn are palomitas or
little
doves.
