List of Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
1 small green pepper chopped
1 stalk celery chopped
1 medium carrot chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
2- 14 1/2 oz diced tomatoes undrained
2 1/2 cups water
1- 14 oz spagetti sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried italian seasoning
1/4 tsp black pepper
dash crushed red pepper
2 oz sppagetti dried ,broken into two inch peicesRecipe
in large pan cook beef,onion,green pepper,celery,carrot,garlic,over
meduim heat.drain off fat,
stir into tomatoes,the water,spagetti sauce,sugar,salt,italian
seasoning,black pepper,and crushed red pepper,transfer to storage
container ,cover and chill two - 24 hours.
to serve return mixturn to large pan.bring to boil,stir in
spagetti,return to boiling,reduce heat,boil gently,uncovered,for 12-
15 minutes,or just till spagetti tender, makes 6 servings.
