    Chokes and Cheese

    Recipe Introduction

    This is a great dip that never lasts long. Good served with pita wedges, or wheat crackers.

    List of Ingredients

    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 cup grated parmesan cheese
    12 oz. grated mozzarella cheese
    8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
    2 jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    1 cup mayonnaise

    Recipe

    Mix all ingredients together and put in a greased 9 x 9 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until bubbly and light brown. Serve with crackers, baked pita chips, or toasted french baguette slices.

    Another fun variation to this recipe is to fill greased mini-muffin pan with won-ton wrappers (found in the produce section of your grocery store).

    Put a spoonful of the cheese mixture on top of each won-ton wrapper and bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes. Let cool in pan for 2 minutes. Carefully remove and serve warm.
