1 lb. ground beef
1 can Rotel
1-1/2 cups water
1 pkg. mac and cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheeseRecipe
Brown meat and drain. Add Rotel and water and bring to a boil. Stir in macaroni and cheese sauce. Simmer (covered) on medium-low for 10 minutes. Stir.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Remove from heat and let stand until cheese is melted.
