4 boneless ckn breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
1 box stove top stuffing
1/2 pound fresh sliced mushrooms
1 bunch fresh broccoli, steamed and chopped coarse. (I use frozen but WELL drained)
1 pound fresh grated swiss cheese
Bake chicken for 30 min @350, let cool and dice. Set aside. Mix soup, and 3/4 cup milk in saucepan and heat until warm, add sliced mushrooms and set aside.
Prepare stuffing and spread in lightly oiled Casserole Dish. Place broccoli on top, then chicken. Pour soup mixture over ingredients. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake @ 350 for 45 minutes. This one is my Hubbys absolute favorite!!
