Claudia's Broccoli Casserole

My Bestest friend gave me this recipe, and i tweaked it a bit...but it is ABSOLUTELY the BEST broccoli Casserole that I have EVER tasted. Loaded with fat, calories and cholesterol!! Ha!
List of Ingredients
2 pkgs frozen chopped broccoli (16oz)
1 large can (family size) Cream mushroom soup
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
salt & pepper to taste
2 sticks butter (used real butter)
2 sleeves ritz or townhouse crackers
Combinefrozen broccolli and condensed mushroom soup, mix well. Add your salt & pepper, mix well again. Pour into buttered 9x13 baking dish, cover with cheese evenly. Melt butter and crush crackers into butter and mix well until all butter is absorbed. Place evenly over cheese layer. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly around edges!
