    4-5 cups flour
    1 lb. butter
    1/2 pint whipping cream
    4 beaten egg yolks
    juice of one large lemon
    Apricot jam

    With the first 5 ingredients make a nice dough. form into 8-10 balls wrap in plastic & put in fridge for about 1 hour.
    Roll dough into thin cirlce, cut into wedges. Place apricot jam at wider end fold each of the wide ends over the jam & then roll tightly towards the middle & narrow end. Place on parchment lined cookie sheets. bake until golden while still warm roll in sugar.
    This jam likes to escape the cookie so line your sheets with parchment paper or foil, beacause the pans are hard to clean.
