    Crockpot Pizza

    12 oz. wide egg noodles (cooked and drained)
    1/4 C. olive oil
    3/4 pound hamburger,
    3/4 pound Italian sausage
    1 C. chopped onions
    28 oz. Pizza Sauce
    4 1/2 oz. sliced mushrooms
    1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasonings
    3 1/2 oz. pepperoni slices
    3 C. 12 oz. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    3 C. 12 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese

    You start out with a large crockpot, about 5-6 quart one. Grease inside of crockpot really good before you put anything in it. Then you cook your wide noodles about 12 oz. of them, until tender. Drain and drizzle olive oil over them, toss until coated. Set aside.
    Then you brown your sausage & hamburger, Add to skillet, 1 c. chopped onions, (I like vadalia), 4 oz. sliced mushrooms, 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasonings , and whatever else you would put on your pizza. (green peppers, black olives, ) Add 12 oz. of spaghetti sauce, or pizza sauce.
    Then you start layering in the crock pot:
    1 Cup of sauce, 1/3 of the meat mixture, 1/3 of the noodles, 1/3 of the Pepperoni slices , 1 C. shredded mozzarella cheese & 1 C. Shredded Cheddar cheese , then start over with the cup of pizza sauce. Continue layering until crockpot is full and cheese is on top.
    Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours. Will be hot and bubbling when done.
