TOH BB Hot tomato (Angie)
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced (or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder)
1 tsp. ground ginger (I only use a little)
1/4 tsp. pepper
Mix together and place in a glass baking dish, an 8 X 10-inch dish works
well. Place 4-6 medium pork chops, steaks or chicken breasts on top,
turning to coat. Poke with a fork to allow juices to penetrate the meat.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-24 hours, turning
occasionally. Grill to desired doneness. This is excellent for pork chops,
but also good with other meats.
